Our journey started because we could not find a reliable capper, we require to know the application torque and reject any assembly along the way that did not meet final specification. We meet with Schaffer Automation and within a week, they said they can build it. We got a capper that was better than anything else on the market. We receive more than expected: bottle flow and handling improvements, features, and parameter to improve application torque which can be change if desire. Simple user-friendly operator controls. You can see the detail, quality, and workmanship in every part. We are looking for other project to include Schaffer Automation.
